Summary:β―The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers’ Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.
Responsibilities:β―
- Candidate should gather requirements, analyze business processes, and write user stories based on government requirements.
- Candidate should have experience with Salesforce and Agile methodologies.
Requirements:β―
- Candidate should have minimum of 2 year of experience serving as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a regulated and compliant environment
- Candidate should have skills in Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, User Story Creation, Agile, Salesforce, API development
- Salesforce Certified Associate and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications required
