Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for generating new leads, managing inbound inquiries, and qualifying potential sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media while conducting market research to identify new opportunities The SDR will also maintain accurate records and report on key performance metrics. You will be hired along a cohort of 3, including yourself, where your professional development will be closely linked together. If requested, we also can provide individual work.

Qualifications (Please attach CV, Portfolio etc)

  • Experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Proficiency in Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus (Apollo.io)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Payment:

The employee will be paid 8-15% commission upon deal close, with rates being agreed upon based on experience & independent working capability. We encourage our employees to argue for higher salaries regularly.
