Job SummaryJoin a top 10 North American financial institution as a Solutions Developer – Niche, supporting ongoing business operations and automation initiatives. This role focuses on workflow automation, report building, and process optimization within a large, collaborative team. You’ll work with reporting, data, and operations professionals to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance productivity through automation and smart reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with data, reporting, and operations teams to automate workflows and eliminate manual processes.
  • Build and validate data-driven reports across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data reconciliation and analysis to support business decisions and project outcomes.
  • Develop automation scripts and macros to enhance efficiency in reporting and operational tasks.
  • Create clear guidelines and documentation for generating reports and dashboards.
  • Train and support team members on new tools, templates, and automation workflows.
  • Provide day-to-day support for issue management and status flow updates as required.

Required Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in a technical or automation-focused development role.
  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint, PowerApps, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skilled in writing Macros and SQL queries.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field).
