Location: ‘South East’ Territory so candidates from across the London Area / M25 / Home Counties are strongly encouraged to apply.

Covering a great mix of new business and established accounts, you’ll be working closely with practice decision makers, clinical teams and distribution partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and growing a defined territory, with clear commercial focus
  • Building strong relationships across dental practices and partner networks
  • Demonstrating a high end product offering (equipment + technology), tailoring solutions to customer needs
  • Supporting and coaching channel representatives where appropriate
  • Running face to face appointments, demos, CPD/education style sessions and showroom visits
  • Working with internal support functions to ensure smooth install / customer satisfaction
  • Feeding back market intelligence to shape future products, plans and messaging
  • Using CRM effectively to manage pipeline, forecasting and territory planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in dental or medical capital equipment sales
  • A proactive, structured salesperson who plans territory methodically
  • Confidence delivering product demonstrations, training and in clinic conversations
  • Ability to build partnerships with a mix of end users and channel representatives
  • Strong commercial instincts – comfortable identifying opportunity, navigating budgets and closing agreements
  • Someone equally comfortable walking into a brand new account or re-energising a legacy one
  • A naturally curious communicator – someone who asks great questions
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional evenings/weekends for events/training
  • Clean UK driving licence
