We’re looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join a fast-paced fashion business.. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident and ready to jump straight in. If you thrive on juggling orders, deliveries, partners and spreadsheets, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of wholesale accounts, from receiving orders to arranging deliveries and invoicing once goods land.
  • Working closely with the warehouse to ensure orders are packed, shipped and delivered smoothly.
  • Supporting wholesale partners with efficient, end-to-end delivery management.
  • Using partner online systems to make bookings and manage delivery schedules.
  • Communicating with customers regarding orders, queries and delivery updates.
  • Setting up styles on internal systems
  • Logging incoming stock accurately and highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Providing general team support when needed.
  • Showing strong Excel skills throughout.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with relevant experience in wholesale or fashion operations who can step in with confidence.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance partner needs with internal priorities.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a busy environment – strong Excel essential, SAP a bonus
